본 약관은 PINASPACE(이하 “서비스”)가 제공하는 브랜드–크리에이터 협업 마켓플레이스 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.
“브랜드”는 캠페인을 등록하고 크리에이터와 협업하는 사업자 회원입니다. “크리에이터”는 캠페인에 지원하고 콘텐츠를 제작·제출하는 회원입니다. “캠페인”은 브랜드가 등록한 협업 모집 공고를 의미합니다.
회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 안내합니다. 변경 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
이용자는 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 계정 보안 유지 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 타인 명의 도용, 허위 정보 등록, 중복·부정 계정 생성은 금지됩니다.
플랫폼 내 메시징·오퍼·일정·콘텐츠 제출·리뷰 기능을 통해 협업을 진행합니다. 확정 전 직접 연락처 공유로 플랫폼 외 거래를 유도하는 행위는 제한·경고될 수 있습니다.
허위 캠페인/허위 팔로워 정보, 명의 도용, 스팸, 욕설·혐오, 지적재산권 침해, 결제·수수료 우회를 위한 플랫폼 밖 거래 유도 등을 금지합니다.
이용자가 등록한 콘텐츠·메시지에 대한 1차 책임은 해당 이용자에게 있습니다. 회사는 신고·차단 기능을 제공하며, 위반이 확인되면 콘텐츠 삭제·계정 제한 등 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 설정 메뉴에서 언제든지 회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제)를 요청할 수 있습니다. 회사는 관련 법령에 따라 필요한 범위의 데이터를 보관한 뒤 나머지 개인정보를 삭제 또는 익명화합니다.
서비스는 브랜드와 크리에이터를 연결하는 중개 플랫폼이며, 개별 협업 이행·콘텐츠 품질·법령 준수에 대한 1차 책임은 당사자 간에 있습니다. 회사는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 간접·특별 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁 발생 시 관할 법원은 관련 법령에 따릅니다. 문의: support@pinaspace.kr
These Terms govern use of PINASPACE, a marketplace connecting brands and creators for collaborations.
“Brand” means a business account that posts campaigns. “Creator” means an account that applies and delivers content. “Campaign” means a collaboration listing posted by a Brand.
We may update these Terms as permitted by law. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Impersonation, false information, and abusive multi-accounting are prohibited.
Collaborations should proceed through in-app messaging, offers, schedules, content submission, and reviews. Inducing off-platform deals by sharing contact details before confirmation may be restricted.
Fake campaigns or follower stats, impersonation, spam, hate speech, IP infringement, and fee circumvention are prohibited.
You are primarily responsible for content you post. We provide report/block tools and may remove content or restrict accounts when violations are confirmed.
You may delete your account in Settings at any time. We delete or anonymize personal data except where retention is required by law.
PINASPACE is an intermediary platform. Parties are primarily responsible for collaboration performance and compliance. We are not liable for indirect or special damages except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
